School leaders share the priority, the context and the estimated cost.

Our team evaluates the request, supporting information and readiness for implementation.

Monthly membership funds are pooled. Members do not choose or fund individual school projects.

Resources are allocated according to urgency, readiness, feasibility, available funds and potential impact.
